In 2023, we launched Trash Club Hubs. Local communities in global locations
So far, our members have launched hubs in Boston, Jaipur, London, Porto, Shanghai, Eindhoven and Santiago De Compostela. The initiative is designed to foster a space for interconnectivity and allow international members to form hyper-local groups.
Trash Club Hubs worldwide embrace the concept with meet-ups and foster local communities dedicated to sustainable practices. Each location allows for further in-person interactions, collaborations and knowledge exchange.
We visualise ourselves as a network connecting and growing together through creative physical and digital spaces for members to coexist.
This coming year, we aim to enhance the further growth of our hubs around the world, supporting the diverse talents and innovative approaches within the Trash Club family.

Established: 2024
Location: Berlin, Germany
Host: Flyn Viberg
Flyn is a photographer and artist experimenting with 'organic photography': transforming images by hand through a series of alternative processes. These range from the more direct approach of burning or freezing the image to reusing everyday household items found materials and curiosities such as hair wax, soap, nail polish, slime, and toothpaste—the core of their practice centres around the idea that art can be made anywhere using anything.
The Berlin hub aims to create a space where all creatives can come together in an open, collaborative and supportive environment without restriction on age, background, or gender. We look forward to hosting meet-ups, artist talks, workshops, screenings, and more for you.

Trash Club Jaipur wants to examine and investigate what post-capitalistic decolonial futures of systems for making look like in the hyper-local context of Jaipur, Rajasthan, informing and informed by a global consciousness. We invite creatives to imagine these futures with us.
We want to take up interesting inquiries responding to the climate crisis, for example- A future where farming for fashion is not necessary. These inquiries would help us imagine a future while learning from the past and perhaps come up with systems that could be explored and implemented today.
